Kid’s Western Festival is open to all kids. Beginning at 5 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, it is a sure way to make life-time memories with the kids and grandkids. Come and enjoy events like mutton bustin’, wagon riders, calf scramble and stick horse racing. These events are all included in the price of the rodeo, $10 advanced and $12 at the door with kids 12 and under free when accompanied by adult.

Mutton Bust’n Rules
Is an event for children who attempt to ride a sheep (mutton) for a full six seconds
- Between the ages four (4) to seven (7) years old
- That MUST weigh no more than sixty (60) pounds
- Must be less than forty-five (45) inches tall
- Must have on proper footwear such as closed toed and heeled shoes (no sandals, flip-flops, or bare feet)
